During the first year the Agency showed a transparent and collaborative dialogue with civil society organisations part of the Consultative Forum, as underlined by Ms. Nina Gregori, EUAA Executive Director.

The morning session was dedicated to present updates from the Operational Support Centre, the Training and Professional Development Centre, the Asylum Knowledge Centre, and the Institutional and Horizontal Affairs Centre of the Agency. While the afternoon session provided the opportunity to collect ideas and inputs from all the CF members for the development of the annual work plan for 2024.

After finalizing new working methods, Dr. Sarah Adeyinka concluded her mandate as the Consultative Forum Chairperson ad interim, and Ms. Ana Ciuban from the Intercultural Mediators Multiethnic Association (A.M.M.I) was elected for a two-year mandate as new Consultative Forum Chairperson.
